The house, a 300-year-old finca, is set on 20 acres of land with stunning views over the island. The - to put it mildly - spectacular Mediterranean garden is rich with countless lovely chill spots. Some more beautiful than others. Enjoy the spacious natural saltwater pool, the fitness and wellness area.... or the real (soundproofed) party cave. Well, it's still Ibiza. We love it!

Inside, the character of the 300-year-old finca can still be strongly felt. Yet it is contemporary, luxurious and decorated with a nod to the'70s. Paying homage to beloved Ibiza, Finca Delica's emphasis is on sustainability and slow living. We are in love, and further let the photos speak for themselves.

How do I book my Covered house, how do I pay, how does the arrival work & how do I book extras?

Book or requestDo a simple non-binding request (via the calendar, you will see the price for your selected dates). Are you sure what you want, then you can also book directly (you still pay nothing).
ConfirmationWe confirm your request or booking, and then come back to you! You can always cancel without any costs.
PaymentAll good? Then expect an email from us for the payment, where the down payment is made (usually 30%, however sometimes 50% depending on the house). You pay the remaining amount six to seven weeks before your arrival.More info below
Deposit1 week before the arrival date we ask you to pay the deposit. Everything left behind nicely? Then you will simply get this deposit back within 1 week after the departure date!More info below
